Videographing a wedding with two cameras is essential for comprehensive coverage, offering diverse angles and perspectives simultaneously. If you choose our photo and video bundle package, we also have a extra camera or two for photography depending on the package you've chosen.

We use professional-grade sound recording equipment to ensure the clarity of your vows and speeches, considering sound as crucial, if not more so, than visuals in capturing your wedding day. To achieve this, we use a combination of onboard microphones attached to our cameras and lavaliere microphones connected to a compact recording device. For the ceremony, this discreet wireless  DJI set up is perfect. We also attach a mic to the registrar with their permission. This same method is applied for recording speeches during your reception, ensuring the audio quality is of the highest standard with minimal distractions.

We strive for discretion, aiming for you to hardly notice our presence. Occasionally, we may offer subtle guidance or help. We might request a brief moment with you both on your day just to confirm any other things that's happening but apart from that, relax and you won't even realise we are present .
Our approach values your natural behavior, allowing us to seamlessly blend into the background and capture those unexpected special moments. 

We are based in Nottingham, England but we're open to traveling extensively. We ask for a travel expense to cover petrol over a 15 mile radius. For weddings outside 60 mile region, an overnight stay fee of £150.00 may apply. We're also available for destiation filming, with additional charges. Feel free to reach out for a customized quote, and any extra travel expenses will be clarified during the booking process.

-To secure your booking for our services and save the date, we ask for a £250  non-refundable deposit for all of our wedding photo & film packages.

-When the deposit is paid, the contract can be read and signed virtually online. 

-The remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to the sacred day.

-From there I  send you a wedding questionnaire for you to fill out 4 months before when all final amendments are made. This includes every minor detail, from the wedding schedule to the important family members present on the day.

-Lastly we then arrange a meeting via teams/zoom or at our office in Nottingham to go over the final schedule and amendments and get excited about the magic to come!

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate your selected music choices for our videos due to copyright licensing restrictions. It's against the law!

Similar to the way soundtracks complement narratives in movies, our curated music enhances the storytelling experience. It's important to note that our commitment to proper music licensing ensures legal compliance, distinguishing us from companies that may claim to allow any song choice, potentially operating outside the bounds of the law.

We use a copyright free music source website called Soundstripe. If you do not like our music selection(which we never have experienced) then you can pick from the thousands of soundtracks of the SoundStripe platform.

Bear in mind that editing alone typically consumes 40-50 hours per wedding film, involving tasks such as sorting through footage, selecting the best moments, choosing suitable music, crafting a compelling narrative, color grading, touch-ups, and the final export and upload. Wedding videography is an intricate, time-intensive process, and the pricing structure is reflective of maintaining a high-quality end product. Every penny invested is a commitment to preserving a day that can never be replicated. Our wedding video packages are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a unique and memorable representation of your special day.

Approximately 5-7 weeks following your wedding day, you can anticipate the delivery of your wedding video. I invest time in meticulously curating and editing the finest moments captured, skillfully crafting a compelling narrative that beautifully encapsulates the essence of your speciaI day. I will furnish you with the wedding films, accessible for online viewing and easy sharing with your loved ones as well as uploaded onto a USB (that can be personalised for £50 extra).
